Job summary

American Crane & Equipment Corporation is looking for a Crane & Hoist Service Technician to join our team. This field-based role requires traveling to customer locations to perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs of electric overhead cranes and hoists. We offer competitive pay up to $45 per hour, based on experience and skills.

Ideal candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills and have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a generous paid time-off policy.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience servicing electric overhead cranes and hoists preferred.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards, lockout/tagout, and fall protection.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and perform confined space work.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Service electric overhead cranes and hoists (mechanical and electrical systems).
• Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
