Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a SNF assignment in Fork, South Carolina. The role focuses on ADLs, safety and functional carryover, with 40 hours per week and dayshift.

New grads encouraged to apply; you’ll deliver OT under supervision, assist with ADLs and adaptive strategies, document treatments, and coordinate with supervising OT. Travel benefits include housing stipends, license reimbursement, and a CEU allowance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an OTA program is required.
• Active (or pending) state COTA license.
• SNF experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT.
• Document treatments accurately.
