Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a contract assignment in Fork, South Carolina. The position involves 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts in a SNF / LTC setting, starting 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks.

This travel role requires an OTA/COTA license (or in process) and a strong ability to operate within an interdisciplinary team to deliver rehabilitative care per the treatment plan.

Qualifications

• Must have earned an Associate degree or a certificate from a community/technical/ vocational college.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant / COTA or in process for licensure.
• Assist patients with rehabilitative activities and exercises per treatment plan developed with an OT.
• Assess learning needs of patients and caregivers considering age, understanding and status.
• Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning in planning, implementing and monitoring progress.
• Effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate organization’s vision and goals into daily performance.
• Deliver therapy with fidelity to the treatment plan.
• Communicate patient progress and adjust approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with OT and other healthcare professionals to achieve goals.
