Ardor Health Solutions seeks a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week SNF contract in Fairmont, West Virginia. The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with day shifts, starting 11/23/2026, supporting adult and geriatric patients under OT supervision to improve independence and safety.

Qualifications

• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Ability to work under supervision of OT.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising OT.
• Assist patients with ADL retraining and mobility activities.
• Monitor progress and report updates to OT.
• Educate patients on safety and home exercise programs.
• Complete timely progress notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support outcomes.
