AlliedTravelCareers is partnering with Towne U.S. LLC to place a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Danville, California.

The position offers weekly pay, housing and travel stipends, and a 13-week contract starting ASAP. You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT to implement treatment plans, support patient rehabilitation, and travel to different sites while building hands-on experience in diverse healthcare settings.

Qualifikationen

• COTA certification from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in multiple states.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical skills are welcome.
• Ability to adapt to diverse settings including skilled nursing, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and home health.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel for new assignments.

Aufgaben

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans to support patients’ rehabilitation goals.
• Help patients perform therapeutic activities to enhance independence in daily living skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, providing updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques for continued progress at home.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
