Job summary

AlliedTravelCareers is assisting Towne U.S. LLC in placing an Occupational Therapist in Danville, Illinois. This 13-week travel contract offers a SNF-focused rehab team, opportunities to impact patients’ independence, and a pathway to broader travel assignments.

The position starts ASAP with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits. You will evaluate patients, develop plans, and work with multiple disciplines while documenting thoroughly and educating patients and caregivers on independence

Qualifications

• Active OT license (or eligibility for state licensure).
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• SNF experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Help patients regain daily living skills through targeted interventions.
• Use therapeutic exercises and adaptive equipment to improve functional outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with PTs, SLPs, nurses, and other care team members.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation in compliance with SNF standards.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to enhance independence.
