Job summary

Symbria is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for the Internal Travel Team. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active COTA license in operating states or ability to obtain licensure.

• Excellent observation, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Customer-service oriented with strong teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned patient charts and gather necessary background information.
• Assist Occupational Therapist in gathering evaluation data.
• Modify short‑term goals and adapt treatment techniques as needed.
• Deliver Occupational Therapy interventions to restore and maintain function.
• Complete accurate clinical and billing documentation.
