Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Merced, California. The role requires 40 hours per week, on a travel basis, with shifts of 8 hours, and will be performed in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment.

You will work under the supervision of a licensed OT, helping patients regain independence in daily activities. A degree in OT, active license, and BLS (if required) are essential for start.

Qualifications

• Associate degree is required to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Active State License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assist patients to regain daily living skills.
• Provide therapy interventions and documentation as part of the SNF setting.
