Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a SNF assignment in Santa Rosa, California. This 13-week travel role offers 40 hours per week, with a standard 8-hour shift under the supervision of an OT to help patients regain daily living skills.

Requirements include an associate degree in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, and experience with Net Health and PCC. BLS may be required and weekend coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment.
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience with Net Health and PCC.
• Ability to support at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life.
• Documentation in Net Health and PCC.
• Caseload management typical for 9–12 patients, or up to 13 with group treatment.
