Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc.-Allied is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel assignment in Modesto, California. Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will provide occupational therapy services, administer treatments, collect assessment data, and maintain documentation.

Requirements include current OTA licensure in the state, graduation from an accredited OTA program, CPR if applicable, TB/health requirements, and ability to work a 40-hour

Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Assistant required.
• One (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides occupational therapy services including treatment, implementation, standardized assessment data, and documentation.
