Qualifications

• Must hold a current Practical Nursing license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred.
• Current CPR, if applicable.
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse provides general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatory sections while maintaining facility security standards in custody.
