Position Overview

We seek a highly organized Travel Coordinator with experience in DTS, Deltek, and travel reimbursement tracking. You will manage travel logistics for government contracts, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and invoicing requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process travel authorizations, reservations, and expense reports using DTS.
  • Submit and track travel expense reports in Deltek for timely reimbursements.
  • Reconcile expenses and prepare invoices for billing.
  • Monitor travel budgets and costs for compliance with government contracts.
  • Ensure all travel complies with JTR and FTR regulations.
  • Assist travelers with itinerary changes, expense documentation, and reimbursement issues.
  • Maintain accurate travel records and generate financial reports.
  • Collaborate with finance and contracting teams on travel expenses and invoicing.
  • Track document acquisition for travel compliance.
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to generate reports and communicate requirements.
  • Ensure travel processes are efficient and meet contract obligations.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years as a Travel Coordinator or in a similar government contracting role.
  • Proficiency with DTS and Deltek.
  • Understanding of JTR and FTR regulations.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • SECRET or higher security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DoD travel policies.
  • Knowledge of government contracting and invoicing.
  • Understanding of cost-reimbursable and fixed-price billing structures.
