Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Lee's Summit, MO. This position requires OASIS proficiency and experience with Homecare Homebase software. The RN will deliver quality patient care, manage chronic conditions, and provide education to patients and families in a home health setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation

Develop individualized care plans to meet patients’ needs and goals

Provide skilled nursing services such as wound care, IV management, and medication administration

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for integrated patient care

Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Missouri

Expertise in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required

At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred

Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards

Open to local and travel applicants
