Soliant Health is currently hiring an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week travel contract assignment in Utica, New York. This position offers flexibility with shifts, as you can choose from days, evenings, or nights (3x12 hour shifts per week). Responsibilities

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
Assess, triage, and prioritize patient care needs in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in line with physician orders.
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in accordance with facility policies.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and empathetic care environment for all patients.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of [1years] of recent ER experience.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-stress situations.
Experience working with diverse patient populations in an emergency room setting.
