Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Remote Cruise Consultant for Australia to help customers plan dream cruises—from onboard ship inspections to exclusive discounts. You’ll guide clients from dreaming to booking, delivering top-notch service via walk-in, email and phone enquiries, while hitting monthly sales targets.

The role requires customer service experience with sales targets, cruise knowledge or travel background, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with exposure to sales targets.
• Previous travel or cruise experience preferred.
• GDS experience preferred.
• Keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivation, organisation and a love of exceeding expectations.

• Quote, book, and invoice cruise bookings and packages with accuracy and flair
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver outstanding service across walk-in, email, and phone enquiries
