Job summary

Congruex seeks a Travel Laborer to support telecommunications and underground utility construction projects across the Midwest. You will prepare sites, assist with excavation, operate equipment, handle materials, and maintain a safe work environment in collaboration with field crews.

Travel opportunities are extensive as you support multiple sites. This role requires willingness to travel, strong safety practices, and the ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid CDL is required.
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 10 Certification required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Prepare jobsites, load/unload materials, operate hand tools and small equipment.
• Assist with trench excavation, shoring, conduit installation, and restoration activities.
• Inspect, operate, and maintain construction equipment and vehicles.
