Starting 09/21/2026, you’ll work in a SNF/LTC setting with charting in EPIC/PointClickCare and a 60-bed facility. Qualifications include 1 year experience and BLS certification, with hands-on skills in bed alarms, turning/repositioning, ambulation, hygiene, and vital signs.

• Experience with nursing assistant tasks in SNF/LTC settings.
