Vital Healthcare Jobs is seeking experienced CNAs for its Regional Float Pool. These PRN and full-time roles involve traveling to Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities across the metro area and beyond, providing essential resident care and support to multiple facilities.

CNAs must remain calm and professional in fast-paced, short-staffed environments, adapt to new teams, and communicate effectively with nursing staff. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year SNF or LTC experience.
• Willingness to regularly travel to assigned facilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different facility settings and routines.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nutrition.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide routine CNA-level care and comfort measures.
• Document resident care accurately.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Follow resident care plans and facility policies.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Adapt quickly to different facilities, teams, and routines.
