Job summary

Caring Professionals, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support nursing homes in Sisseton, SD and surrounding areas.

As a traveling CNA, you will work at multiple facilities with flexible scheduling, providing hands-on care and ensuring residents’ daily needs are met. You’ll document vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current SD CNA certification.
• Minimum 1 year in long-term care.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities in the Sisseton area.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents in nursing homes and long-term care settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Take and document vital signs and report changes.
• Assist with meals, transfers, repositioning and other care tasks.
• Follow facility policies and care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, staff, residents, and families.
• Adapt quickly to different facilities and teams.
