Job summary

Caring Professionals, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support nursing homes in Sisseton, SD and surrounding areas.

As a traveling CNA, you will work at multiple facilities with flexible scheduling, providing hands-on care and ensuring residents’ daily needs are met. You’ll document vital signs, assist with activities of daily living, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current SD CNA certification.
• Minimum 1 year in long-term care.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities in the Sisseton area.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Sisseton and Surrounding Areas

Employment Type: Local Travel / Flexible Scheduling

We are looking for dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our local travel team at Midwest Health Solutions and provide quality resident care at nursing homes throughout Sisseton, SD and surrounding areas.

As a traveling CNA, you will have the opportunity to work at different skilled nursing and long-term care facilities while maintaining schedule flexibility and gaining experience in a variety of care settings.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in nursing home and long-term care settings.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and document vital signs and report changes in residents' condition to the appropriate nursing staff.
• Assist with meals, transfers, repositioning, and other resident-care needs.
• Follow each facility's policies, procedures, and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, facility staff, residents, and families.
• Adapt quickly to different facilities, teams, and resident needs.

What We're Looking For

• Current South Dakota CNA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between facilities in the Sisseton area.
