Qualifications

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/state requirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of clerical functions
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate per contract or state regulation

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under the supervision of a RN/LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional.
• Provide individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services for patient comfort and needs.
