A rural outpatient clinic several hundred miles west of Anchorage, AK seeking a Travel Clinical Social Worker to join their team for a 13 or 26-week contract!

Pay : $60.00 / hourly (all-inclusive rate)

Travel Clinical Social Worker Opportunity :

  • Full-time, 26-week contract
  • The Travel Clinical Social Worker will have opportunities in an Opioid program, Outpatient Clinic, or Emergency Services
  • Housing and flights provided
  • The Travel Clinical Social Worker will provide brief evaluations to reduce the impact of symptoms and / or coordinate a referral to other appropriate service providers within 3 contacts

Travel Clinical Social WorkerRequirements :

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Nursing with a specialty in Mental Health. Two (2) years supervised experience providing various behavioral health direct services performed at a satisfactory level.
  • Appropriate State of Alaska licensure required or must be able to obtain it within 3 months of hire.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) must be credentialed.
  • No state income tax and permanent fund dividend after a full calendar year of Alaska Residency
