Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The right RN should have 1 year of experience in a Clinic or Outpatient setting and a current BLS certification.

As an RN in a Clinic, you will provide nursing care to patients receiving outpatient services, collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure safe, efficient care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN license (state of practice) required.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of RN experience in a clinic or outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories and vital signs; perform assessments.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccines as ordered.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and tests.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and self-care.
• Perform wound care and basic lab tasks.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to the team.
• Document care and patient interactions accurately.
• Coordinate patient flow and maintain clean exam rooms.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA regulations.
• Support scheduling and administrative duties as needed.
