Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment runs 13 weeks, requires 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of RN experience in a clinic or outpatient setting, a current BLS certification, and eligibility for state licensure. Travel experience and strong communication are valued in this fast-paced outpatient environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced outpatient care environment.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories, vital signs, and assessments.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as ordered.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Document nursing care and patient interactions accurately.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure exam rooms are clean and well-stocked.
