Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in Duluth, Georgia. This clinic role requires 1 year of outpatient clinic experience, 40 hours per week, with 10-hour evening shifts over a 13-week assignment.

You will provide nursing care in an outpatient setting, administer medications, perform assessments, educate patients, and support providers. Candidates must have BLS and be eligible for Georgia licensure; ACLS/PALS may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of RN clinic or outpatient experience.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and PALS may be required.
• Eligible for Georgia state licensure.
• May require additional certifications.
• Travel assignment: 13 weeks, 40 hours/week, 10-hour evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories and vital signs; perform assessments.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations.
• Assist with minor procedures and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on treatments and preventive care.
• Perform wound care and basic lab work.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers.
• Document nursing care accurately.
• Coordinate patient flow and maintain exam room readiness.
• Follow infection control and HIPAA regulations.
• Support scheduling and administrative duties.
