Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Clinic for a travel nursing job in Duluth, Georgia. The RN will provide outpatient clinic care, working with physicians and other staff in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of RN clinic/outpatient experience, a current BLS, and state licensure eligibility. ACLS/PALS and other certifications may be required. Pay is based on 10-hour shifts with a tax-free stipend; travel details subject to confirmation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of RN experience in a Clinic/Outpatient setting.
• Current BLS certification and eligibility for state licensure.
• ACLS and PALS may be required before start, additional certifications possible.

Responsibilities

• Take patient histories, vital signs, and assessments.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccines as ordered.
• Assist providers with minor procedures and diagnostic testing.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
• Perform wound care and basic lab work, including specimen collection.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate concerns to providers.
• Document nursing care and patient interactions accurately.
• Coordinate patient flow and ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations.
• Support patient scheduling and administrative duties as needed.

We're looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) for an immediate travel opening in Duluth, GA.

The right RN should have 1 year of experience in a Clinic or Outpatient setting. Read below for more requirements.

As an RN in a Clinic, you will provide nursing care and support to patients receiving outpatient services. You'll work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient, safe, and compassionate care.

As an RN, you should be prepared to perform the following tasks:

• Take patient histories, vital signs, and perform assessments
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as ordered
• Assist providers with minor procedures and diagnostic testing
