Responsibilities

• Monday through Friday schedule, flexible 7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 8:00 AM-4:00 PM shifts.
• Utilizes Net Health and Home Care Home Base charting systems.
• No on-call or call-back requirements.
• Onsite therapy supervisor available.
• Productivity expectations of 87% in SNF and 95% in Home Health settings.
• Provide occupational therapy services across home health and SNF settings.
• Non-supervisory role.
• Candidates residing within 80 miles may be considered local.
• Local candidates accepted at a lower pay rate.
