Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)SNF / LTC experience required.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
