Job description

PT needed 6-8 hours a day. M-F. 90% Productivity. MUST HAVE SNF EXP. TO GET THE POSTED BILL RATE. 13-week or 26- week need. 4 hours unbillable orientation. # completion bonus after a 26-week contract and a # gift card to the agency once the candidate walks through the facility door.
