Qualifications

• Two years retail experience.
• Pass a stringent background investigation.
• Pre-employment and random drug screening.
• Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License prior to hire date.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cordially within one minute.
• Promote sales using in-store promotions and special orders.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to reach goals.
• Provide information on arts, crafts, apparel, jewelry, pottery, tobacco, etc.
• Handle all sales transactions through POS; cash, checks, credit cards, and receipts.
• Direct patrons to appropriate offices for problem resolution.
• Answer phones and relay messages accurately.
• Restock and merchandize inventory; label pricing as directed.
• Maintain clean work areas and organized merchandise.
