Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Facility Services team member to help maintain clean, welcoming travel centers. Responsibilities include cleaning showers and restrooms, washing towels, and performing routine store maintenance while delivering excellent guest service.

Starting pay ranges from $20.40 to $27.56 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits such as health plans, paid time off, and other Perks for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/ maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
