Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a store cleanliness/maintenance role in California. The position focuses on keeping the travel center clean, including showers and restrooms, laundry duties, and general upkeep.

The role requires physical tasks and a willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate nights, days, weekends, and holidays. We offer weekly pay and benefits, with a supportive team environment and opportunities to learn various roles across our travel centers and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store.
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities.
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers.
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
