Pilot Company is hiring a Maintenance/Facilities Associate at our travel center. You will maintain store cleanliness, service showers and restrooms, manage towels for showers, and perform light repairs to keep facilities inviting for guests.

This role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and reliability, with flexible shifts including nights and weekends. We offer weekly pay, health plans, PTO, and opportunities to train in other travel-center roles.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated worker.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take all trash around travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
