Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a maintenance associate to keep the travel center clean and safe. The role includes restroom and shower upkeep, fueling-area maintenance, and minor repairs across plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.

You will determine when to DIY or call a service vendor while supporting guests and team members at the highest level. The position offers pay starting at $14.16–$20.58 per hour and a flexible schedule with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in routine maintenance and basic repairs.
• Ability to keep facilities clean and safe.
• Comfort with performing low level repairs on electrical, plumbing, and physical fixtures.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep showers and restrooms clean and sanitary.
• Maintain cleanliness of fuel islands and related equipment.
• Fill propane tanks and assist with fueling operations.
• Empty trash and keep parking lot free of debris.
• Sweep, mop floors and clean glass across the travel center.
• Perform minor repairs or escalate to service vendors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
