Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role at our travel center. The position involves keeping the store clean, cleaning showers and restrooms, handling laundry for showers, and assisting with general repairs and maintenance.

You will also manage trash collection and ensure guest areas are well-maintained to deliver a positive visitor experience. We offer weekly pay and benefits, with opportunities to train for other roles within the organization.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store
• Clean showers and restrooms
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store
• Pick up and take out all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
