Job summary

Pilot Company in Wyoming is seeking a dedicated Facilities Services team member to maintain a clean and welcoming travel center. You will be responsible for cleanliness, shower and restroom maintenance, towel handling, small repairs, trash removal, and ensuring a positive guest experience at every stop.

This role requires a capable individual with physical stamina, the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated self-starters.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
