Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Customer Service Attendant to help maintain our facilities and ensure a clean, sanitary environment for travelers. You will contribute to a safe, welcoming store atmosphere and support guests with friendly, helpful service.

The role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays. We offer medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) with company match, plus paid holidays and various discounts.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the facility as directed and provide our guests with a clean, sanitary environment.
• Know and follow all safety and security guidelines and procedures; alert to and report potentially unsafe situations; take corrective action when necessary.
• Wear and use protective equipment properly and safely.
• Know quantities and types of cleaning supplies used for each cleaning assignment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
