Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a store maintenance/guest services role at our travel center. You will keep the facilities clean, manage showers and restrooms, handle towels, perform basic repairs, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

The position requires physical effort, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for nights, days, weekends, and holidays. We offer weekly pay, fuel discounts, free daily meals, and PTO for eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restrooms.
• Wash, load and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repairs/maintenance around the store.
• Pick up and dispose of trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
