Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures, preparing patients and equipment, and ensuring patient safety in the cath lab.

The position requires one year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification, with preferred radiologic licensure.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of recent Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and other interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons, and stents, and operate fluoroscopy.
• Maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and hemodynamic monitoring systems.
