Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist to support Cardiac catheterization procedures in Alamogordo, New Mexico. You will prepare labs, maintain equipment, document patient data, and ensure aseptic technique and radiation safety standards.

This travel assignment covers 13 weeks with 40 hours weekly, 10-hour day shifts, and collaboration with the medical team to deliver safe, efficient patient care across procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Radiology Technology or healthcare-related field.
• State licensure is required based on modality.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA).
• Experience in acute care is preferred (0–1 year).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cath lab procedures with a team.
• Maintain aseptic technique and patient safety.
• Document patient information and hemodynamic data accurately.
• Ensure room readiness, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
• Act as radiation safety representative during X-ray use.
