Qualifications

• RN's a minimum of 1 year in specialty.
• Allied 6 months of experience.
• Appropriate certifications and licensure as needed for the position.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care.
• Monitor and record patient condition and communicate to the care team.
• Coordinate patient care across disciplines including transfers and discharges.
• Provide patient/family education appropriate to age and culture.
• Advocate for the patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
