Job summary

TotalMed Allied in Providence, RI seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment. The role focuses on cardiac cath lab support, scrubbing, monitoring, and data collection during interventional procedures.

Candidates must have 1 year of cath lab experience, BLS, ACLS, and RCIS/RCIS or CCI-RCIS certification preferred; state licensing as required. This travel position offers 40 hours weekly and a 10-hour shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Cath Lab experience required.
• Must have BLS and ACLS at minimum.
• ARRT(R)-CI or CCI-RCIS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lab rooms and ensure instrument sterilization and stock.
• Prepare patient and equipment for procedures and calibrate systems.
• Operate and maintain quality control of cath lab equipment.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist physician with catheters.
• Record hemodynamic and imaging data during procedures.
• Monitor patient status and assist with life-saving measures.
