Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in New York, NY. The role requires 1 year of Cath Lab experience, BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R) CI preferred or CCI‑RCIS, and state licensing as needed.

You will scrub, monitor, and assist during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Responsibilities include preparing labs and equipment, maintaining sterile conditions, obtaining hemodynamic data, and supporting clinicians throughout

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Cath Lab or related field.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; ARRT (R) – CI preferred or CCI‑RCIS.
• State-specific licensing when required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Scrub in during procedures and assist the physician in maneuvering catheters.
• Prepare Cardiac Lab rooms and ensure instruments and equipment are sterile and ready.
• Obtain and record hemodynamic data and operate radiographic equipment.
• Monitor patient hemodynamics during procedures in the Cath Lab.
• Assist with life‑saving measures such as defibrillation and CPR as needed.
