American Traveler is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a travel job in Urbana, Illinois. The role involves invasive cardiology and radiology procedures in a Heart & Vascular Institute setting, requiring ARRT registration and IEMA licensure.

Day shifts are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 36 hours per week, with 4x9s and on-call duties. Start date is Oct 19, 2026, for a 20-week assignment, with one opening.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Certificate of Completion required
• BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA certification required
• ARRT Registered in Radiography (R) required
• IEMA Radiologic Technologist license required (if applicable)
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience required

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive cardiology and radiology procedures in a Heart & Vascular Institute setting
• Left and right heart catheterization, coronary stenting, pericardiocentesis, and vascular access
• Perform structural heart procedures including TAVR, Watchman, Mitraclip, Triclip, ASD/PFO, CardioMEMS
• Hybrid peripheral vascular work in coordination with vascular surgery (EVAR, TCAR, TEVAR)
• Utilize adjunctive tools including ICUS, FFR/iFR, lithotripsy, laser, rotational atherectomy, Impella, IABP, OCT, CTO
• EPIC charting experience required
• Day shift 0730-1700, 4 days per week (36 hours/week)
• On-call duties and rotation responsibilities

Education

Associate's Degree or Certificate of Completion
