Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Cath Lab Tech for a travel assignment in Cypress, Texas. The role requires an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT certification, and 1+ year Cath Lab experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology with ARRT/RCIS preferred.
• 1+ year Cath Lab experience.
• Current Cath Lab Tech certification and state licensure.
• Experience with scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring Cath Lab cases.
• Knowledge of cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures.
• Strong radiology equipment and safety knowledge.
• BLS/ACLS as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment safely.
• Assist with patient prep, monitoring, and post-procedure care.
• Document procedures accurately in patient records.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment (specific shifts provided during interview process)

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current certification as Cath Lab Tech (RCIS or ARRT preferred)


• Active state licensure (if required)


• Proven experience in Cath Lab imaging, including scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring cases


• Familiarity with advanced cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures


• Strong knowledge of radiological equipment and safety standards


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic team


• BLS/ACLS certifications (as required)

$2,662 - $2,816/WeekEstimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
