Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Cath Lab Tech in Kent, WA with ARRT (or RCIS) certification and at least 1 year of cath lab experience. The role involves assisting in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining sterile fields across travel assignments in the Pacific Northwest.

Applicants should hold BLS and ACLS and demonstrate strong communication, adaptability, and a willingness to learn advanced techniques in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT or RCIS certification
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a Cath Lab Tech
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Strong understanding of interventional procedures and cardiac anatomy
• Proficiency with imaging and monitoring equipment
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new systems

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Operate imaging and monitoring equipment during catheterizations
• Scrub, circulate, and monitor procedures in compliance with facility protocols
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document procedures and patient data accurately
• Maintain a high standard of patient care and safety
