Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 6-week opportunity in Thornton, Colorado. The role requires 1 year of cath lab experience and appropriate certifications such as ARRT, BLS, ACLS, or CCI-RCIS, with state licensure as needed.

You will scrub, set up, and assist in complex cardiac procedures while maintaining patient safety. The position offers a travel engagement with 9-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, and a tax‑free stipend; competitive weekly pay and benefits are

Qualifications

• 1 year of cath lab experience is required.
• BLS, ACLS, ARRT (R)-CI or CCI-RCIS certification, and state licensing as required.
• ARRT, BLS, CCI; 2 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Cardiac Lab rooms with stock and ensure instruments are sterilized and ready.
• Set up patient and equipment for procedures, including site prep and catheter setup.
• Operate and QC all cath lab equipment and know related systems.
• Scrub in during procedures and assist physician with catheter maneuvers.
• Obtain and record hemodynamic and fluoroscopic data during procedures.
• Monitor patient hemodynamics and assist in life‑saving measures as needed.
• Assist in defibrillation and CPR when required.
