Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 6-week assignment in Thornton, Colorado. The role requires at least 6 months of acute care Cath Lab experience, BLS, and ARRT (R) or RCIS/RCES certification. On-call duties and a 3x12 hour day shift are expected.

Responsibilities include performing LHC, RHC, PCI and related procedures, with a 36-hour work week and on-site duties. Housing stipends and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience.
• BLS certification required.
• ARRT (R) or RCIS/RCES certification required.
• RCIS/RCES holders must register as Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA prior to starting.
• ARRT CI or CV certifications preferred.
• Holding area experience preferred.
• Cardiac monitoring experience preferred.
• License required if applicable.
• Must be able to respond to on-call needs within 30 minutes of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac cath lab procedures and support the team during interventions.
• Ensure timely on-call coverage as assigned, including nights and every third weekend.
• Operate and monitor Cath Lab equipment and EMR systems.
• Maintain patient safety and code compliance during procedures.
