Qualifications

• Experience as a Cath Lab Technologist in imaging and cardiac procedures.
• Proficiency with a range of electrical/imaging equipment.
• Ability to prioritize care based on procedural findings.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Solid understanding of aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and EKG interpretation.
• Confidence to mentor, train, and collaborate in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with invasive coronary, vascular, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging and procedural equipment.
• Ensure patient safety, anxiety reduction, and focused care before, during, and after procedures.
• Prepare and manage digital archiving of images and reports.
• Support anesthesia needs and coordinate with research staff for lab-based research.
• Advocate for patients and uphold high standards of infectious prevention.
