Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech for a 13-week travel assignment in Saint Paul, MN. The incumbent will prepare patients, assist physicians during interventional procedures, and operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic monitoring equipment in a fast-paced lab.

Requirements include one year of Cath Lab experience and current BLS/ACLS, plus ARRT/RCIS/RCES certs. State licensure and ENPC/PALS are preferred. Travel benefits and comprehensive support are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification required or preferred.
• State Radiologic Technologist license preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
• Assist physicians during procedures by passing catheters, wires, balloons and stents; operate fluoroscopy and hemodynamic equipment.
• Maintain imaging equipment, contrast injectors, and monitoring systems.
• Scrub in and maintain sterile field; adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document patient data, imaging, and equipment logs accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure proper storage of sterile instruments.
